This case was heard b4 a jury, where both sides decided who'd be acceptable to be impaneled.

After the evidence was presented, they acquitted, based on the law, not out of prejudice. I hope this jackoff never wears a NFL jersey again.

No, the jury was clouded by a prosecutor who threw the case, who were also a bunch of racial bigots. The United States is a Police State, our greatest growth industry is the Prison Industrial Complex. The country is a gulag not a free nation, there are people doing life in prison simply for smoking a plant in the privacy of their own home.

The guy had a gun, he was a felon, announced that he was a. stoned, and b. packing. He was instructed to surrender sans gun. c. He refused and he died.
