No...they don't identify themselves as "constitutionalists", per se...but they filed a lawsuit against the county (as a subdivision of the state), the county court, the DA, my lawyer...but not me...saying the state is an "insolvent corporation" and that because all judges and lawyers are members of the State Bar Assn, they are all corrupt and anything they do is not binding on these self-righteous assholes, my neighbors. So far, the assholes appear to be winning...but its just a matter of time until the finance company gets a court order to produce the 4 vehicles that are not being paid for monthly, as agreed, and then I hope to see the SWAT team drag the asshole neighbors out of here feet first. ps - I returned the $10 two-handed squirt gun to Walmart and bought a $1 standard squirtgun that shoots as far as the $10 gun. I filled it with ammonia and went trolling this evening at dusk...but the dogs from Hell were not to be seen...

People like that piss me off.. its bad enough that 'constitutionalists' get derided in the media.. but assholes like your neighbors promulgate the stigma... I can sympathize with the constitutional right to be left alone, including public servants.. I can even agree that states are indeed corporations that are insolvent... and since the BAR is a system of British accreditation I dont like it either.. But none of that excuses somebody defrauding somebody.. accepting vehicles and then not paying is fraud.. Even though the banks are ripping off the people with the loans.. be a man, stick to principle and buy a used car for cash so you dont need to get a loan.. fucking people piss me off.. I love that old rich guys like Sam Walton used to drive around in a banged up, half rusted pickup from the 1950s, even though he was the richest man in the world at the time... You neighbors sound like an entire family of ne'er do wells.

Yep...reality is whatever they say it is and lying is just another version of the truth as far as they're concerned...provided it is them doing the lying. What pisses me off is they get away with their lies. Even in court, when they told obvious bald-faced lies to the judge...and subsequently contradicted themselves...there is no penalty...other than losing the immediate case. Both of the neighbors fit the classic definition of "narcissistic personality disorder". For them, anything they do to get what they want is totally righteous and appropriate regardless of the effects on others.

She was just going crazy playing. CRAZY PLAYING. LOL I know that sounds funny. I took her to puppy school when she was 5 months old. They recommended a squirt water bottle with water in it. Squirt it at her when she was doing "wrong". I tried that, it didn't work. She loves water. She even loves biting the water coming out of the water hose when I'm watering the garden. Since that didn't work they suggested listerine. That didn't work after a while either. What was next? Vinegar. When I next squirted her with the vinegar she happened to get it in her mouth. She was "laughing/playing" when the vinegar struck. It stopped her in her tracks, actually she was up on my bed racing around. After that I only had to show her the bottle....most of the time. I know that big dog is a monster, but I hate to see animals hurt. Please try the vinegar first.

She's right. Ammonia could do some real damage to the animals, especially if it got in the eyes, nose or throat. Vinegar should do the same trick as the ammonia but shouldn't cause permanent damage that the ammonia could.

I'll think about it. I don't want to do any permanent harm to the neighbor's dog, either...but I might use my ammonia squirtgun on the neighbors themselves if the opportunity ever presents itself. No photo of the great Dane...but it looks something like this animal and is about as big, or bigger: ![]()

Hey Yogi - what's your opinion on using an ammonia squirtgun on a mean, vicious dog? Permanent eye damage?

At the risk of sounding like a jackass (I'm not trying to), have you ever considered filming the dog attacking and trespassing, hiring an attorney, filing suit for damages, and when they refuse to show up, getting a judgement from a Civil Court? It's awful hard to dispute video evidence. Then you lien their assest (read property) which would prevent them from getting a loan for a bologna sandwich. Shooting the dog that was attacking your wifey on horseback is definitely justifiable as there was a clear and present danger to her well being. Spraying a dog in the eyes with ammonia might be construed as a tad over the top since there are other alternatives and you are not in danger of being harmed. Just playing Devils advocate here A.O., and I think you could bleed these suckers dry as everyone knows it cost way more to defend yourself than to be on the other end prosecuting/being the complainant. They can only ignore it for so long before you can take further action and get their ass's evicted. I realize blinding the animal is easier and less expensive on the surface, but I'd at least research to see if you'd be exposed to criminal or civil action in doing so. At the very least, I'd go with Moggie's suggestion and shoot the bitch in the ass with some rock salt, it will DEFINITELY get her attention. Just my 2 cents amigo. Oh, why not take a page from their book and post your own sign that says something like "trespassing by people or animals in their ownership is not allowed without prior consent of the owner. All measures allowed under the law will be taken. You have been WARNED! THAT MEANS YOU MISTER! OK, that last part is for a chuckle but it's just a suggestion.

Been there, done that. In the first easement interference trial I got a judgement for $1 but the judge didn't award legal fees so that dollar cost me about two thousand bucks. However, the assholes wouldn't pay at first...until they figured out that dollar was a real black mark on their credit...and when their home loan was foreclosed, the unsatisfied $1 judgement got me copies of the paperwork. Finally they paid the buck. In the 2nd trial (the asshole tore out $1500 worth of my surveyor's stakes, ruining the work) I won reimbursement and legal fees...and had to garnish the jerk's wages. I'm sure his boss didn't like that. I've taken dozens of photos of their dogs and horses on my side of the fence...but they deny the animals are theirs so you have to convince a judge... When I complained about their great Danes attacking our little Australian shepherd, they denied that the guilty dogs were theirs. A month later, when I shot one of the dogs, I told the sheriff's deputy I wanted the neighbors cited for "dogs at large". He said "you just shot one of their dogs...citing them would be sort of like piling on". I responded "I complained to the county animal control authority and they denied the dogs were theirs. They're claiming this dog (deceased) so I want them cited." The deputy refused but when we went to dog court 6 weeks later the judge had been clued in and fined the assholes close to $400. My photos helped convince him. I'm waiting for the asshole's horses to get out again. If I can get a deputy out here in time to see the horses loose, on my land, the last one said he'd arrest one of the neighbors and haul him/her to the slammer. "Horses at large" is a serious matter because if they get out on the highway people driving into them can be hurt or killed. We've got a couple of horse ropes ready and a bag of carrots in the fridge...waiting.

If it was me, I would kill or capture all of these "wild stray animals" that seem to get onto my land for some reason and then sell them.. I would only kill them if they were vicious and going to attack me of course. Next time his horses come onto your property, put up a fence real quick.. ta da.. your horse.. These assholes are starting to piss me off now and I dont even live there.

After reading your description of your Wife's encounter on horseback with their two Danes...I only question the WHY you haven't shot both dogs, nailed their snouts to a fencepost bordering your delightful neighbors, and disembowled BOTH to let the wildlife feast!!! Yall put up with one hell of alot more than we do in TN...
